The invention discloses a construction method for global slip of a riding track and a steel truss. The construction method comprises the following steps of welding connection ball supports at the lower ends of a plurality of connection balls at the bottom of the steel truss respectively; arranging a transfer beam between two adjacent connection ball supports, and arranging connection plates at thetwo ends of the transfer beams through connecting pieces respectively; welding the connection plates at the first ends of the transfer beams on the connection ball supports, and positioning the connection plates at the second ends of the transfer beams on the adjacent connection ball supports temporarily; erecting a temporary splicing platform for mounting the riding track below the initial slipposition of the steel truss; and mounting the riding track segmentally below the steel truss at the temporary splicing platform along with the slip progress of the steel truss, and allowing the mounted riding track to slip segmentally along with the steel truss. According to the method, the riding track is assembled in advance, and slips together with a steel truss system as a whole, so that the construction period cost is lowered; the risk and investment can be reasonably avoided; and high measure cost can be lowered.
