The invention provides a pipeline connecting device and an excavator, and relates to the technical field of the connection of pipelines. The pipeline connecting device comprises a pipeline connectingpiece and fixing parts, wherein the pipeline connecting piece is provided with pipe cavities in a penetration manner; the pipeline connecting piece is used for passing through a structural part; the two ends of the pipeline connecting piece are used for connecting pipelines; the pipe cavities can be communicated with the pipelines; and the fixing parts are used for connecting the pipeline connecting piece and the structural part. The excavator comprises the pipeline connecting device. The pipeline connecting device is used for connecting the pipelines with the structural part, to reduce the friction or impact between the pipelines and the structural part, thereby retarding the wear of the pipelines.
