The invention belongs to optimization of a concrete pile head eradicating construction process, and relates to an environment-friendly and efficient pile head eradicating method. The method includes the following steps that 1), large-area drilling construction is carried out in daytime, drill holes are formed in the surface of a pile head, and hand pneumatic drill or water drill equipment is adopted at corresponding hole positions to carry out drilling for coring to the pile head eradicating design elevation according to the actually-measured elevation; and 2), the drill holes are filled withan expanding agent at dusk, the drill holes are plugged densely, and after 5-12 hours, concrete within a pile head eradicating range cracks into multiple blocks through natural expansion of the expanding agent. Compared with a traditional manual pile head eradicating process, in the construction process, dust and noise are reduced, the concrete does not need to be manually broken, the labor intensity is reduced, meanwhile, the non-construction time at night is reasonably utilized, and therefore the working efficiency is improved.
本发明属于混凝土桩头破除施工工艺优化,涉及到一种环保、高效的桩头破除方法,包括如下步骤:1)在白天时间进行大面积的钻孔施工,在桩头表面布置钻孔,在相应孔位依据实测高程采用手风钻或水钻设备钻孔取芯至桩头破除设计标高,2)傍晚在钻孔内填塞膨胀剂、封堵密实,等待5‑12小时后利用膨胀剂的自然膨胀使破除桩头范围内混凝土开裂分成若干块,本发明具有工艺简单、可控性强、高效环保、减少对混凝土的扰动、遏制施工粉尘的产生的特点;该施工工艺与传统的人工破桩头工艺相比减少了粉尘和噪音的产生,混凝土不需人工破碎、降低了人工劳动强度,同时合理利用晚上非施工时间,提高了工作效率。
