The invention discloses surface wear-resistant hydrophobic enhanced self-leveling mortar which comprises an inorganic cementing material, an organic cementing material, a filler, a water reducing agent, a defoaming agent, a retarder, a hardening accelerator, magnesium fluosilicate and water, and the magnesium fluosilicate is subjected to surface coating type hydrophobic treatment. With applicationof the mode, the surface wear-resistant hydrophobic enhanced self-leveling mortar can remarkably improve the wear resistance and the hydrophobicity of the surface of the self-leveling mortar within 1-3 days in the early stage without influencing the constructability of the self-leveling mortar, and effectively improves the problems of easy dusting and high water absorption rate of the self-leveling mortar in early-stage grinding.
