The invention provides waste glass-doped wear-resistant self-leveling cement mortar and a preparation method thereof. The waste glass-doped wear-resistant self-leveling cement mortar is prepared fromthe following raw materials in parts by weight: 7-19 parts of wet-ground glass slurry, 31-43 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 10-20 parts of copper slag, 140-160 parts of natural sand and 0.5-1.5 part of an additive. The method comprises the following steps of: crushing waste glass serving as a raw material into glass powder, respectively mixing the glass powder with water and an alcoholic solution, mixing and grinding in a planetary ball mill to obtain required wet-ground glass slurry, and uniformly mixing and stirring ordinary Portland cement, natural sand, copper slag, the wet-ground glass slurry and an additive; and adding water according to a water-binder ratio of 0.5, and mixing and stirring in a mortar stirrer to prepare the wear-resistant self-leveling cement mortar material doped with the wet-ground waste glass. The preparation method is low in cost, and the prepared wear-resistant self-leveling cement mortar is good in fluidity, high in wear resistance, short in setting time, high in strength, easy to construct and capable of shortening the construction period.
本发明提供一种掺入废玻璃的耐磨自流平水泥砂浆及其制备方法,其制备原料按重量配比包含下述成分,湿磨玻璃浆料7‑19份、普通硅酸盐水泥31‑43份、铜渣10‑20份,天然砂140‑160份、添加剂0.5‑1.5份。其中,将废弃玻璃为原料粉碎成玻璃粉,分别与水和酒精溶液混合,并在行星式球磨机中进行混合研磨,得到所需的湿磨玻璃浆料,再将普通硅酸盐水泥、天然砂、铜渣、湿磨玻璃浆料、添加剂混合搅拌均匀,以0.5的水胶比加水并在砂浆搅拌机中进行混合搅拌,制得掺入湿磨废玻璃的耐磨自流平水泥砂浆材料。本发明成本低,所制备的耐磨自流平水泥砂浆流动性好,耐磨性高,凝结时间快且强度高,易于施工可缩短工期。
