The invention discloses a method and a structure for pouring a concrete column through an inflatable formwork fixed to a floor slab. According to the method, construction is carried out by the following steps of binding column steel bars and reserving a range; positioning and fixing water stop plates by spot welding by using fixed steel bars; mounting the inflatable template in a special customized shape; inflating the inflatable formwork; pouring floor concrete; and removing the formwork. The method is high in universality, capable of achieving various-size reasonable splicing, high in repeated utilization rate, green, environment-friendly and free of pollution; and after the range is filled, elegant appearance is obtained, construction waste can be prevented from entering the range, theconstruction waste is easy to clean in the later period, labor cost is saved, operation is easy and convenient, the construction period is short, and concrete forming quality is good.
