Ball-milling and mixing preparation process and use method for permanent magnetic ferrite
The invention discloses a ball-milling and mixing preparation process for permanent magnetic ferrite. The preparation process comprises the following specific preparation steps: step a, stirring and mixing barium carbonate and iron oxide red according to a certain molar ratio in a conical mixer by utilizing a stirring arm, adding 0.3%-0.8% of mixed silicon dioxide again, and carrying out pre-sintering in a four-hole push plate kiln after mixing to form a permanent magnetic ferrite pre-sintered material; b, adding the permanent magnetic ferrite pre-sintered material, first-stage steel balls andwater into a ball mill according to a weight ratio of (0.6-2): (4-8): (1-1.6), carrying out mixing, and then carrying out ball milling for 3-4 hours; c, transferring the ball-milled materials in thestep b into second-stage ball milling through compressed air, wherein a ratio of the materials to second-stage steel balls to water is (0.6-2): (4-8): (1-1.6); d, filtering ball-milled slurry, and putting the filtered slurry into a natural precipitation tower for precipitation; and step e, molding the precipitated slurry. The permanent magnetic ferrite is sintered by utilizing a segmented ball-milling and equal-ball-diameter grinding process and an optimized molding process, so the performance of the permanent magnetic ferrite is excellent, and production cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种永磁铁氧体球磨混料制备工艺,具体制备步骤如下:步骤a、将碳酸钡与铁红按照一定摩尔比例在锥形混料器中利用搅拌臂进行搅拌混合,再一次加杂二氧化硅,比例为0.3%‑0.8%,混合完毕后在四孔推板窑炉中进行预烧形成永磁铁氧体预烧料;步骤b、将永磁铁氧体预烧料、第一段钢球和水按照重量比为0.6‑2:4‑8:1‑1.6加入到球磨机中混合,球磨3‑4h;步骤c、将步骤b中球磨后的物料用压缩空气转入二级球磨,且料:第二段钢球:水的比例为0.6‑2:4‑8:1‑1.6;步骤d、将球磨后的浆料进行过滤放到自然沉淀塔中进行沉淀;步骤e、对沉淀后的浆料成型。利用分段球磨与等径球径研磨,优化成型的工艺烧制成永磁铁氧体,不仅性能优秀,而且降低了生产的成本。
