Sulfate-resistant concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a sulfate-resistant concrete and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of concrete preparation. The sulfate-resistant concrete is prepared from a cementing material, sandstone, pebbles, an alkali activator and water, wherein the cementing material comprises cement and slag powder, the weight of the cement accounts for 15-20% of that of the cementing material, and the balance is the slag powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing sandstone and pebbles, stirring to obtain a first mixture; adding the cementing material and the alkali activator into the first mixture, stirring to obtain a second mixture; adding water into the second mixture, and stirring to obtain the sulfate-resistant concrete. 80-85% of cement is replaced byadded slag powder, the dosage of per square meter of cement is small, calcium hydroxide, hydrated calcium silicate and hydrated calcium aluminate generated by cement hydration are reduced, and the generation probability of ettringite is controlled. By increasing the use amount of slag powder in the single-square concrete, the activity of the slag powder is excited under the action of the alkali activator, and the use amount of cement is reduced, the workability and the strength of the concrete are not changed, and the sulfate corrosion resistance of the concrete is improved.
本发明涉及混凝土制备领域的一种抗硫酸盐混凝土及其制备方法,包括胶凝材料、砂石、石子、碱激发剂、水;胶凝材料包括水泥和矿渣粉,水泥的重量占胶凝材料的15‑20%,余量为矿渣粉。制备步骤为:将砂石和石子混合后搅拌得第一混合物;将胶凝材料、激发剂加入第一混合物中搅拌得第二混合物;向第二混合物中加入水搅拌得抗硫酸盐混凝土。胶凝材料通过加入矿渣粉替代掉80‑85%的水泥的用量,单方水泥用量少,减少了水泥水化产生的氢氧化钙、水化硅酸钙、水化铝酸钙,来控制钙矾石产生的几率。并且通过提高单方混凝土中矿渣粉的用量,在碱激发剂的作用下激发矿渣粉活性,减少水泥用量,使得混凝土工作性、强度不发生改变,从而提高混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀的能力。
