Sulfate-resistant concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses sulfate-resistant concrete and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of concrete. The raw materials comprise 340 to 420 parts of cement, 88 to 128 parts of fly ash, 569 to 669 parts of sand, 1028 to 1128 parts of stone, 6.3 to 10.3 parts of a water reducing agent, 21.4 to 27.4 parts of a hydrophobic corrosion inhibitor, 118 to 145 parts of water, 12 to 15 parts of modified carbon nanotubes and 3 to 7 parts of composite fibers; the hydrophobic corrosion inhibitor is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 0.3 to 0.5 part of formic acid, 0.2 to 0.4 part of polydimethylsiloxane, 3 to 7 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 3 to 7 parts of triethanolamine, 1 to 3 parts of N, N-bis (hydroxyethyl) dodecyl amide and 82 to 92 parts of water. The modified carbon nano tube is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 0.3 to 0.6 part of carbon nano tube, 0.2 to 0.5 part of acetyl monoethanolamine, 0.3 to 0.6 part of NaNO3, 15 to 20 parts of concentrated HNO3, 2 to 5 parts of KMnO4, 2 to 5 parts of H2O2 and 20 to 30 parts of hydrochloric acid solution; the composite fiber comprises polypropylene fiber, ceramic fiber and steel fiber in a weight ratio of 1: (2.5-3): (2.5-3); the sulfate-resistant concrete is prepared by stirring and mixing the raw materials. The concrete has the effects of high sulfate resistance, high impermeability grade and high compressive strength.
