Prefabricated hollow stand column structure and forming method thereof
The invention discloses a prefabricated hollow stand column structure and a forming method thereof. The structure comprises a hollow stand column and a reinforcement cage. The reinforcement cage at least comprises vertical stressed reinforcing steel bars and vertical erected reinforcing steel bars; a hollow section of the hollow stand column penetrates through a whole bridge pier; and the verticalstressed reinforcing steel bars are arranged on outer sides of the hollow stand column, the vertical erected reinforcing steel bars are arranged on inner sides of the hollow stand column, and connecting pieces are arranged on the vertical stressed reinforcing steel bars. The method comprises the steps that the vertical stressed reinforcing steel bars and the vertical erected reinforcing steel bars are bound to form a steel bar cage, and meanwhile the steel bar cage is fixed through positioning plates; and the reinforcement cage and the positioning plates are placed into a stand column outer template at the same time. In the invention, accurate positioning of vertical stressed reinforcing steel bars and vertical erected reinforcing steel bars can be achieved, and large-amplitude displacement can be avoided even in a pouring process; and a stand column inner template can be taken out through a drawing method, and repeated utilization of the stand column inner template is facilitated.
