Piping water stop and grouting device and use method thereof
The invention provides a piping water stop and grouting device which comprises an outer pipe. An inner pipe is arranged in the outer pipe. The front end of the inner pipe extends outwards to the frontend of the outer pipe. The piping water stop and grouting device further comprises a detachable air bag. The air bag is cylindrical. The two ends of the air bag are provided with a first butt joint sleeve and a second butt joint sleeve correspondingly. The first butt joint sleeve is connected with the front end of the outer pipe. The second butt joint sleeve is connected with the front end of theinner pipe so that the air injection section between the outer pipe and the inner pipe can communicate with the air bag. A grouting channel which is through is arranged at the center of the inner pipe. An air distribution cylinder communicating with the air injection section is arranged at the rear end of the outer pipe. A slide hole is formed in the rear end of the air distribution cylinder. A seal ring is arranged on the inner wall of the slide hole. The rear end of the inner pipe penetrates through the slide hole to be in sealing fit with the seal ring so that air tightness can be ensuredduring telescopic movements of the inner pipe. The air distribution cylinder is further provided with an air supply port communicating with an inner cavity of the air distribution cylinder. The pipingwater stop and grouting device has the advantages that positioning is precise, the strength of a pipe leaking position can be improved by squeezing the inner wall of a channel at a leaking point, thewater volume is reduced, the leaking blockage reliability is ensured.
本发明提出了一种管涌止水注浆装置，包括外管，所述外管内设有内管；所述内管前端外伸于外管前端，还包括可拆式的气囊，所述气囊呈筒状，所述气囊两端分别设有第一对接套及第二对接套，所述第一对接套与外管前端连接，所述第二对接套与内管前端连接使外管与内管之间的充气截面与气囊连通，所述内管中心设有贯穿设置的注浆通道；所述外管后端设有与充气截面连通的配气筒，所述配气筒后端设有滑孔，所述滑孔内壁设有密封圈，所述内管后端穿过滑孔与密封圈密封配合实现内管在伸缩的同时保证气密性，所述配气筒上还设有与其内腔连通的供气口。本发明具有定位精准，可对漏点通道内壁做挤压提高漏管位置强度，减少含水量从而保证堵漏可靠性的优点。
