Internal cooling method for mass concrete foundation
The invention discloses an internal cooling method for a mass concrete foundation. The internal cooling method comprises the following steps of erecting a main body steel pipe support frame accordingto d * d, and arranging all layers of horizontal rods at intervals; densely arranging the horizontal rods of a middle-layer steel bar mesh in the short direction, and enabling the distance between thehorizontal rods to be d/2; using the horizontal rods as circulating water pipes, enabling the two ends of each horizontal rod to extend out of a foundation by a certain distance, connecting the external ends of the horizontal rods, and sequentially connecting all layers of circulating water pipes; arranging all the circulating water pipes to be in the modes of upper-layer water inlet and lower-layer water outlet to form an integral circulating loop, so that integral cooling is realized; and when the local temperature inside the foundation is too high, disassembling connection of the externalends of the horizontal rods at the position, forming the end of a water inlet and outlet pipeline, enabling a local circulation loop to be formed at the position, and achieving local cooling. According to the method, the circulating water pipes of the mass concrete foundation and steel bar supporting steel pipes are combined and utilized, and the method has the advantages of being high in efficiency, good in controllability, easy to operate, material-saving, labor-saving and the like.
本发明公开了一种大体积混凝土基础内部冷却降温方法,步骤包括:将主体钢管支撑架按照d×d搭设,各层水平杆间隔设置;将中层钢筋网片的水平杆的短向排布加密,使水平杆间距为d/2布置;将水平杆作为循环水管使用,水平杆两端外伸出基础一定距离,将水平杆外部端头之间连接,各层循环水管之间依次连接;所有的循环水管设置为上层进水、下层出水,形成整体循环回路,实现整体降温;当基础内部出现局部温度过高时,将该位置水平杆的外部端头连接拆除,并形成进出水管路端部,使该位置形成局部循环回路,实现局部降温。该方法将大体积混凝土基础的循环水管与钢筋支撑钢管合并利用,具有效率高、可控性好、易操作、节约材料、节约人工费用等优点。
