A phase change ventilation pipeline is pre-buried before concrete pouring construction; concrete is poured, and temperature detection points are arranged in the concrete; gas and/or liquid in the phase change ventilation pipeline circularly flows by connecting an air pump and a ventilation pipe outside the concrete; closing the air pump when the internal and external temperatures of the concrete are consistent and reach normal temperature; the phase change ventilation pipeline is filled with cement paste; the phase-change pipeline contains the phase-change material, phase change occurs at 40-60 DEG C, and concrete hydration heat is absorbed; gas and/or liquid (phase change components) in the phase change ventilation pipeline circularly flow through an externally connected air pump, heat of a high-temperature part of concrete is absorbed and transferred to concrete at a low-temperature part, and the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the concrete is reduced; water is not needed, and the problems that traditional construction is low in speed, and resources are wasted are effectively solved; operation is easy and convenient, resource consumption is reduced, construction quality is improved, and construction cost is reduced.
