The invention discloses an internal cooling construction method for mass concrete. The internal cooling construction method comprises the following steps: 1) pre-burying a built-in thermocouple; (2) the built-in thermocouple is in electric signal connection with the intelligent temperature control system; (3) according to the sizes of the elevator shaft and the water collecting pit, wooden boxes are manufactured through wooden formworks, and the elevator shaft and the water collecting pit are formed after concrete pouring is completed; (4) a cooling water pond is arranged on the site outside the foundation pit, and a water circulation system is formed; 5) connecting the circulating water pump with the intelligent water pump system through electric signals; (6) 12 hours after the concrete is completely poured, the elevator shaft and/or the water collecting well are/is filled with water; 7) connecting the external thermocouple with the intelligent temperature control system through an electric signal; a contact type circulating water exchange mode is adopted, the purpose of cooling mass concrete is achieved, and it is guaranteed that the construction quality of the mass concrete meets the design and specification requirements.
本发明公开了大体积混凝土内部降温施工方法,包括如下步骤:1)预埋内置热电偶;2)将内置热电偶与智能温控系统电信号连接;3)依据电梯井、集水坑的尺寸,用木模板制作木箱,混凝土浇筑完成后形成电梯井、集水坑;4)在基坑以外的场地设置冷却水池,形成水循环系统;5)将循环水泵与智能水泵系统电信号连接;6)在混凝凝土全部浇筑完成12小时后,向电梯井和/或集水井里面注满水;7)将外置热电偶与智能温控系统电信号连接;本发明采用接触式循环水交换的方式,实现大体积混凝土降温的目的,保证大体积混凝土的施工质量达到设计和规范要求。
