The construction technology comprises the following steps of S1, pasting a PVC macromolecule coiled material; S2, conducting painting of a seepage-proofing layer; S3, conducting painting of a first JS waterproof paint transverse brush coating; S4, conducting painting of nylon wires, wherein the nylon wires are inserted in wire grooves, and then the net-shaped nylon wires are formed on the surface of the JS waterproof paint transverse brush coating; S5, conducting painting of the second JS waterproof paint brushcoating, wherein a layer of the JS waterproof paint brush coating with the thickness of 1 mm is vertically brushed on the nylon wires in S4; S6, conducting painting of a decoration layer, wherein after the second JS waterproof paint transverse brush coating in S5 is dried, the second JS waterproof paint transverse brush coating is painted with a macromolecule waterproof coating decoration layer;and S7, conducting painting with auxiliary layers, wherein the macromolecule waterproof coating decoration layer is painted with a transparent corrosion-resistance coating layer, a reflection and thermal-insulation coating layer and a surface-side paint layer at a time.
