The usual-urgent dual-mode adjustable indicating floor tile comprises a main body box, wherein a rotating disc cavitywith an upward opening is formed in the main body box, a ratchet wheel cavity is formed in the lower side of the rotating disc cavity, a check box slide cavity communicates with the left side of theratchet wheel cavity, a steering belt pulley cavity extending leftwards is formed in the lower side of the ratchet wheel cavity, an elastic belt pulley cavity extending rightwards is formed in the lower side of the steering belt pulley cavity, and a reset power cavity is formed in the lower side of the elastic belt pulley cavity. The direction of an indicating arrow can be adjusted by rotating a rotating plate, directing demands when various activities are organized are met, when fire disaster or earthquake happens, the arrow automatically resets to indicate the direction of an emergency exit,so that the condition that tourists and pedestrians are not familiar with the terrain and cannot find the emergency exit is avoided under the premise that attractiveness is guaranteed, and when the position of a building structure or the emergency exit changes, a reset adjusting shaft is rotated by a hexagon wrench, therefore, the reset indicating position can also be adjusted, and universality is wider.
