The invention discloses a flexible clamping and holding arm of an intelligent transportation vehicle, which aims to solve the technical problem that an existing forced clamping and holding vehicle transfer way easily causes vehicle tyres to damage. A collision connecting rod extending-out long strip hole (34) is formed in a long strip-shaped clamping and holding plate of a holding arm; a pin roll(40) is fixedly arranged on the lower bottom surface of the long strip-shaped clamping and holding plate; a left L-shaped swing rod (36), a middle L-shaped swing rod (37) and a right L-shaped swing rod (38) are separately hinged on the pin roll; a collision rod (35) is movably arranged in the collision connecting rod extending-out long strip hole (34); a swing rod supporting spring is arranged onthe lower bottom surface of the long-strip shaped clamping and holding plate outside the rear end of the left L-shaped swing rod (36); the outer end of a left swing rod supporting spring (42) abuts against the left L-shaped swing rod; and a collision contact (41) of a tyre collision detecting switch (33) is fixedly arranged on the lower bottom surface of the long strip-shaped clamping and holdingplate outside the rear end of the middle L-shaped swing rod. The flexible clamping and holding arm greatly relieves damages, on vehicle tyres, of the clamping and holding arm.
