The invention discloses a method for preparing alpha semi-hydrated gypsum from phosphogypsum under an autoclaved condition. Under the conditions that the salt concentration is 10-20%, the pH value is7-8.5, the maleic anhydride content is 0.3-0.8%, the aluminum sulfate content is 0.2-0.5%, the constant temperature is 120-140 DEG C, and the time is 3-4 hours, the alpha semi-hydrated gypsum crystalwith the length-diameter ratio of 1: 1 and the particle size of 30-50 microns is prepared. The invention also provides a preparation method of the alpha semi-hydrated gypsum. The method compises the following steps: weighing a certain amount of phosphogypsum and fully washing; weighing required salt substances to prepare salt mixed solutions with various concentrations; and adding a crystal modifier and the washed phosphogypsum, fully stirring, adding a neutralizer to adjust the pH value to a proper interval, aging for 24 hours, putting into a still kettle, setting the temperature and pressure, quickly taking out from the still kettle after reaching the time, washing with hot water, filtering, and drying to obtain the alpha semi-hydrated gypsum. The invention relates to the method for preparing high-added-value alpha semi-hydrated gypsum from waste phosphogypsum, provides a new way for solving the problems of land occupation, environmental pollution and high-efficiency utilization of phosphogypsum stockpiling, and enhances the economic benefit and social benefit of enterprises.
本发明公开了一种蒸压条件下磷石膏制备α半水石膏的方法。在盐浓度10~20%、pH值7~8.5、顺丁烯二酸酐0.3~0.8%、硫酸铝0.2~0.5%、恒温120~140℃、时间3~4h条件下,制备得到长径比为1∶1的30~50μm的α半水石膏晶体。本发明还提供了上述α半水石膏制备方法:称取一定量磷石膏充分洗涤,称取所需盐类物质配制各浓度盐混合溶液,加入转晶剂及洗涤后的磷石膏一起充分搅拌,加入中和剂调节PH值在适当区间,陈化24h后放入蒸压釜内,设置温度及压力,到达时间后迅速从蒸压釜中取出,用热水洗涤、过滤、烘干即可制得α半水石膏。本发明是一种以废弃磷石膏制备高附加值α半水石膏的方法,为解决磷石膏堆存占用土地、污染环境问题及高效利用提供新的途径,提高企业经济效益和社会效益。
