Method for producing carbonized or graphitized three-dimensional objects
The invention relates to a method for producing carbonized or graphitized 3D objects, the aim of which is to produce such 3D objects in a particularly simple manner and by means of which more complex 3D objects without structural defects can also be produced. The implementation method comprises: mixing a carbonizable or graphitizable material with a free-flowing organic binder or a free-flowing thermoplastic organic substance to prepare a plastic and dimensionally substantially stable compound and shaping the compound into a 3D blank, then drying and degassing the 3D blank at a higher temperature for a predetermined period of time, and then the 3D blank is put into a smelting furnace in the atmosphere of protective gas to be subjected to carbonization or graphitization treatment, so that the 3D object is generated, and the temperature needed by carbonization or graphitization is close to the lower heating gradient.
