Adjustable underground buried pipe bearing system and constructing and adjusting method thereof
The invention discloses an adjustable underground buried pipe bearing system and a constructing and adjusting method thereof, and relates to the field of soft soil foundation treatment. The system comprises powder spraying piles, geotechnical cloth, a cushion layer, a lower bearing plate, an upper bearing plate and a buried pipe adjusting device. During construction, the powder spraying piles areused for strengthening a buried pipe foundation soft foundation, then, the geotechnical cloth is laid on the buried pipe foundation soft foundation, the cushion layer is laid on the geotechnical cloth, after the cushion layer is ground flatly, lower bearing plate and upper bearing plate construction is conducted, pipeline pavement is conducted in the upper bearing plate construction process, afterpipeline pavement is finished, outer sleeve protection pipe, settling observation pipe and pipe cap construction is conducted, and finally backfill construction is conducted on a buried pipe foundation pit. During adjusting, an auxiliary lifting rod is arranged on a screw, the ascending value of the screw is reversely adjusted and is equal to the settling value, and then buried pipe settling adjustment is finished. According to the device and the constructing and adjusting method thereof, the common phenomenon that differential settlement is likely to happen to a buried pipe can be effectively restrained, and wide engineering application prospects are achieved.
本发明公开了一种可调节式地下埋管支承系统及其施工与调节方法,涉及软土地基处理领域,所述系统包括:粉喷桩、土工布、褥垫层、下承板、上承板和埋管调节装置。施工时先用粉喷桩对埋管基础软基进行加固,然后在其上铺设土工布,土工布上铺设褥垫层,褥垫层碾压平整完成后,进行下承板、上承板的施工,上承板施工过程中敷设管道,管道敷设完成后,进行外套护管、沉降观测管以及管帽的施工,最后对埋管基坑进行回填施工。调节时将辅助升降杆安装到螺杆上,并反调螺杆的上升值,使上升值与沉降值相等,即完成了埋管的沉降调节。该装置及其施工与调节方法可使常见的埋管处易发生不均匀沉降的现象得到有效遏制,具有广阔的工程应用前景。
