The invention discloses a dispersed anchoring device and a dispersed anchoring method suitable for a large-tonnage FRP inhaul cable. The dispersed anchoring device comprises an inner conical sleeve, asmall end cover plate located at a small end of the inner conical sleeve and a large end cover plate located at a large end of the inner conical sleeve. The small end cover plate is a first yarn splitting plate, the large end cover plate is a second yarn splitting plate, and at least one third yarn splitting plate is further arranged in the inner conical sleeve; rib holes distributed according toa first rule are formed in the first yarn splitting plate. The rib holes distributed according to a second rule are formed in the second yarn splitting plate. The rib holes distributed according to athird rule are formed in the third yarn splitting plate. A core of the anchoring device lies in overall bending and local splitting of the FRP inhaul cable in an anchorage area, creep deformation ofthe FRP inhaul cable under long-term load holding can be remarkably reduced, the FRP inhaul cable is prevented from being pulled out and damaged, meanwhile, a size of an anchorage device can be reduced, and manufacturing cost can be decreased.
本发明公开了一种适用于大吨位FRP拉索的分散锚固装置及分散锚固方法,其中分散锚固装置包括内锥形套筒以及位于内锥形套筒小端端部的小端盖板和位于内锥形套筒大端端部的大端盖板,其特征在于:所述小端盖板为第一分丝板,所述大端盖板为第二分丝板,在内锥形套筒内部还设置有至少一个第三分丝板;在所述第一分丝板上设置有按照第一规律分布的筋材孔;在所述第二分丝板上设置有按照第二规律分布的筋材孔;在所述第三分丝板上设置有按照第三规律分布的筋材孔。本发明的核心在于锚固区FRP拉索的整体弯折以及局部劈叉,能够显著降低FRP拉索在长期持荷下的蠕变变形和避免FRP拉索出现拔出破坏,同时有利于缩减锚具尺寸、降低造价。
