An pre-embedded supporting key box (3)is arranged on the pre-embedded frame stiff skeleton (2), a prefabricated frame stiff skeleton (9) is fixedly connected with a beam horizontal steel bar (8), a prefabricated beam supporting key box (10) is arranged on the prefabricated frame stiff skeleton (9), and a horizontal steel beam (4) is fixed through the pre-embedded supporting key box (3) and the prefabricated beam supporting key box (10). According to the method, steel bar binding and steel bar welding construction of the joint section of the cable tower and the cross beam are omitted, a total construction period is shortened by about 30%-40%, construction cost is reduced by 20%-30%, meanwhile, a part of aloft work is reduced, and an aloft construction operation risk is decreased.
