The invention discloses impermeable concrete which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 to 200 parts of cement, 15 to 25 parts of coal ash, 2 to 5 parts of additive, 50 to100 parts of water, 300 to 500 parts of sand, 400 to 600 parts of gravels, 15 to 30 parts of mineral powder and 5 to 15 parts of expanding agent. The invention discloses anti-permeability concrete and a preparation method thereof. By means of the additive, disconnected bubbles are generated in the concrete, so that capillary channels are cut off, the pore structure is changed, and thereby the impermeability of the concrete is improved; in addition, the water cement ratio is reduced, cement of proper varieties and strength grades is selected, the construction quality is guaranteed, fine sand and gravels are selected as aggregates, gaps between the aggregates are reduced, and the impermeability is improved.
