The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and particularly discloses impermeable concrete and a preparation method thereof. The impermeable concrete comprises water, cement, fly ash, slag powder, machine-made medium sand, machine-made fine sand, stones, fibers and a composite additive, wherein the composite additive comprises an anti-cracking and anti-seepage reinforcing agent, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether ammonium sulfate and ammonium lauryl sulfate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the composite additive into water, and conducting uniform mixing to obtain a water solution of the additive; mixing various aggregates, and adding 70% of the water solution of the additive for wetting; and adding the rest raw materials and the rest 30% of thewater solution of the additive. The impermeable concrete has the advantage that the impermeability of the concrete is obviously improved.
