Titanium dioxide photocatalyst and preparation method and application thereof in ceramic tiles
The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation and application of photocatalysts, and discloses a titanium dioxide photocatalyst as well as a preparation method and application thereof inceramic tiles. The prepared titanium dioxide photocatalyst completely overcomes the defect that a traditional photocatalytic material can generate a catalytic effect only through ultraviolet irradiation; and the photocatalyst can generate catalytic action under a visible light condition in an indoor environment, is beneficial to decomposition of formaldehyde, benzene, TVOC and other harmful gasesin air, has the effects of deodorization, antibiosis, mildew prevention, pollution prevention, air purification and the like, and is suitable for being applied to the fields of ceramic tiles and thelike. The titanium type titanium dioxide photocatalyst is added into wax water, and the catalytic material is attached to the surface of a ceramic tile in a waxing manner, so that the service life ofthe ceramic tile is prolonged, and daily friction does not influence the ceramic tile. The method is simple in process, easy to industrialize and wide in application prospect.
本发明属于光催化剂制备及其应用技术领域,公开了一种二氧化钛光催化剂其制备方法和其在陶瓷砖中的应用,本发明制备的二氧化钛光催化剂完全克服了传统光催化材料需要通过紫外线照射才能发生催化作用的缺陷,其在室内环境的可见光条件下,也能发生催化作用,不仅有助于分解空气中的甲醛、苯、TVOC等有害气体,还具有除臭、抗菌、防霉、防污、净化空气的效果等效果,适合应用于陶瓷砖等领域中。将本发明的钛型二氧化钛光催化剂添加在蜡水中,通过打蜡的方式将该催化材料附着于瓷砖表面,延长了瓷砖的使用寿命,日常的生活摩擦亦不会对其造成影响。本发明的工艺简单,易于产业化,应用前景广泛。
