The invention provides porous ceramic and a preparation method thereof. The porous ceramic is prepared from following components in parts by weight: 70-85 parts of hard ceramic residues, 12-20 parts of a binder, 1-6 parts of a foaming agent and 2-5 parts of an additive, and the additive is prepared from high-strength gypsum and emulsified paraffin according to a mass ratio of (1-3): 1. Through thecooperation of the high-strength gypsum and the emulsified paraffin, the foaming speed is matched with the forming speed, and the quality stability, including porosity and strength, of the porous ceramic is guaranteed. Hard ceramic residues are used as a main raw material, so that the environmental pollution caused by the accumulation of the hard ceramic residues is prevented, and the construction of an ecological environment is facilitated. The preparation method is good in controllability and is beneficial to obtaining the porous ceramic with high porosity and high strength.
本发明提供一种多孔陶瓷及其制备方法,所述多孔陶瓷包括以下重量份的组分:硬质瓷渣70‑85份、粘结剂12‑20份、发泡剂1‑6份和外加剂2‑5份,所述外加剂为质量比为(1‑3):1的高强石膏和乳化石蜡。本发明通过高强石膏与乳化石蜡的配合,使发泡速度与成型速度相匹配,保证了多孔陶瓷的质量稳定性,包括孔隙率及强度。而且本发明以硬质瓷渣为主要原料,解决了硬质瓷渣堆积对环境造成的污染,利于生态环境的建设。本发明的制备方法可控性好,有助于得到高气孔率高强度的多孔陶瓷。
