Flexible arch construction method based on through steel truss girder
The invention discloses a flexible arch construction method based on a through steel truss girder. The flexible arch construction method is used for arranging horizontal cables, integrally lifting arch ribs, completing arch rib closure, installing arch rib slings and ensuring the structural stability of the through steel truss girder. The method specifically comprises the steps of installing temporary piers, a tower crane base, a first support rod piece and a first arch rib section; installing a second support rod piece and a second arch rib section; mounting third to sixth bracket rod piecesand third to sixth arch rib sections; mounting a seventh bracket rod piece, a seventh arch rib section, a tower crane and a lower tower of a lifting tower; mounting eighth to tenth bracket rod pieces,installing eighth to tenth arch rib sections and an upper tower of the lifting tower; an eleventh support rod piece and an eleventh arch rib section, detaching a mast crane, and installing a horizontal inhaul cable; mounting an arch rib closure section; dismounting the sixth to eighth support rod pieces, and installing three pairs of hanging rods; adjusting a horizontal inhaul cable; removing theremaining assembled supports, removing the lifting tower and installing the remaining suspenders; and detaching tower crane and temporary pier.
