Construction method of sliding unlocking type temporary support for mounting prefabricated small box girder
The invention provides a construction method of a sliding unlocking type temporary support for mounting a prefabricated small box girder. The method comprises the steps of reversely stacking a first frame body of a temporary support on a second frame body, a first supporting face of the first frame body is arranged upwards, placing a first inclined face of the first frame body on a second inclinedface of the second frame body, and then connecting the first inclined face and the second inclined face through a connecting component; then placing the temporary support on a pier top bent cap; hoisting the prefabricated small box girder to a temporary support, and constructing a cast-in-place end cross beam of the prefabricated small box girder; after the cast-in-place end cross beam is finished, unlocking the temporary support, dismounting a connecting part of the temporary support firstly, then applying a pushing force to one end of a first frame body of the temporary support, the first frame body slides and is dislocated relative to a second frame body, the height of the first frame body is decreased after sliding so that the first frame body can be disengaged from the small prefabricated box girder, and converting stress of the small prefabricated box girder into stress of the permanent support. The problem that the temporary support is difficult to detach after the small prefabricated box girder is installed is effectively solved.
本发明提供一种用于预制小箱梁安装的滑移解锁式临时支座的施工方法,包括将临时支座的第一架体反向叠放在第二架体上,将第一架体的第一支撑面朝上设置,第一架体的第一斜面放置在第二架体的第二斜面上,然后将第一斜面与第二斜面通过连接部件连接;之后将临时支座放置于墩顶盖梁上;将预制小箱梁吊装至临时支座上,进行预制小箱梁现浇端横梁的施工;待现浇端横梁完成后,解锁临时支座,先拆除临时支座的连接部件,之后对临时支座的第一架体的一端施加推力,使第一架体相对于第二架体滑移错位,第一架体经滑移后高度下降从而脱离预制小箱梁,使预制小箱梁受力转换成由永久支座受力。本发明有效解决了预制小箱梁安装后临时支座拆除困难的问题。
