The invention discloses a self-anchored sliding temporary support for mounting a small prefabricated double-T beam. The self-anchored sliding temporary support comprises a first frame body and a second frame body, a third frame body is installed between the lower inclined face of the first frame body and the upper inclined face of the second frame body, and the top face and the bottom face of thethird frame body are matched with the lower inclined face of the first frame body and the upper inclined face of the second frame body in shape respectively. A bolt hole is formed in the middle of therear wall of the third frame body, and a bolt sequentially penetrates through the bolt hole in the rear wall and the hole in the self-anchored steel plate and tightly presses the self-anchored steelplate on the front walls of the first frame body, the second frame body and the third frame body through movable nuts connected to the bolts so that the first frame body, the second frame body and thethird frame body are connected into a whole. The three split type frame bodies are vertically stacked and assembled into a whole, the tool movable nuts are unscrewed only, the contact slopes of the three frame bodies relatively slide, accordingly, the overall height of the three frame bodies is reduced, and the purpose of lowering the beam body is achieved.
本发明公开了一种用于小型预制双T梁安装的自锚滑移临时支座,包括第一、第二架体,在第一架体的下斜面与第二架体的上斜面之间安装有第三架体,第三架体的顶面和底面分别与第一架体的下斜面以及第二架体的上斜面形状吻合,在第三架体的后壁中间开有螺栓孔,一根螺栓依次穿过后壁上的螺栓孔、自锚钢板上的开孔并通过连接在螺栓上的活动螺母将自锚钢板压紧设置在第一架体、第二架体以及第三架体的前壁上使得第一、第二以及第三架体连接为一个整体。本发明采用三个分体式架体上下叠放拼装为一整体,仅通过拧松工具活动螺母,使三个架体之间接触斜面发生相对滑移从而使三个架体整体高度降低,从而达到降落梁体的目的。
