The rock wool composite board comprises an upper coiled material layer; a lower coiled material layer, which islocated below the upper coiled material layer; a plurality of vertical wire rock wool strips, which are arranged between the upper coiled material layer and the lower coiled material layer, wherein the upper coiled material layer and the vertical wire rock wool strips, and the lower coiled material layer and the vertical wire rock wool strips are respectively compounded into an integrated piece through an adhesive; and waterproof partition walls, which are arranged between every two adjacent vertical wire rock wool strips, and are rigid polyurethane foam pieces. According to the rock wool composite board, the overall strength of the rock wool composite board is improved through the introduction of the adhesive, the waterproof partition walls and an interface layer on the basis of not changing the heat preservation and flame retardance of rock wool, and the adhesive layer, the waterproof partition layer and the coiled material layers have a good waterproof property, only the two ends, in the direction perpendicular to the waterproof partition walls, of the waterproof partition walls need to be subjected to waterproof treatment, the cost is low, and the process is simple.
