The invention provides a foam asphalt pavement recycled material capable of reducing cracking and a preparation method and a construction method, and relates to the technical field of highway and municipal engineering. The material has high strength and low shrinkage cracking rate, so that the overall bearing capacity of the foam asphalt pavement recycled material as a base layer or a lower surface layer is improved, and the service life of the pavement is prolonged. The material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 85-100 parts of an asphalt pavement recycled material, 5-10 parts of gravels, 3-5 parts of fine aggregates, 2-3 parts of foamed asphalt, 4-5 parts of water, 1-2 parts of slag sulphoaluminate and/or ferro-aluminate cement and 0.1-0.5 part of fibers. During preparation, a plant mixing method or an in-situ cold regeneration on-site mixing method can be adopted. The technical scheme provided by the invention is suitable for the paving or refurbishing process ofthe foamed asphalt pavement.
本发明提供了一种减少开裂泡沫沥青路面再生材料及制备和施工方法,涉及公路和市政工程技术领域,该材料具有较高的强度和较低的收缩开裂率,从而提高泡沫沥青再生材料作为基层或者下面层时的整体承载能力和路面的使用寿命;该材料的组分包括:沥青路面回收材料85‑100质量份、碎石5‑10质量份、细集料3‑5质量份、泡沫沥青2‑3质量份、水4‑5质量份、矿渣硫铝酸盐和/或铁铝酸盐水泥1‑2质量份以及纤维0.1‑0.5质量份;制备时可采用厂拌拌和或就地冷再生现场拌和的方法。本发明提供的技术方案适用于泡沫沥青路面的铺筑或翻新过程中。
