The invention discloses a multi-point extraction treatment system for polluted underground water. The extraction treatment system comprises an air source, an air supply control module and an extraction module, wherein the air supply control module is connected with the air source, the extraction module comprises an extraction device, a sealing cover and an exhaust pipe, a main body of the extraction device is in a hollow pipe shape, the bottom of the main body communicates with a one-way valve used for feeding water, the top of the main body is connected with an air inlet and a water outlet, the air inlet communicates with an inflation hose outside the main body, the inflation hose communicates with the air supply control module, the water outlet communicates with a round pipe which is arranged inside the main body and extends to the bottom of the main body, the water outlet communicates with a water outlet pipe outside the main body, the bottom of the main body is arranged in a waterbody at the bottom of a to-be-extracted deep well, the sealing cover and the deep well form a chamber, one end of the exhaust pipe communicates with the interior of the chamber, and the other end of the exhaust pipe is connected with an external air treatment device.
