The invention relates to an aerodynamic interception system for controlling polluted underground water. The aerodynamic interception system comprises an underground water gas injection system, an enhanced medicament injection system and an underground water monitoring system, the adjustable and controllable gas injection system is mainly used for constructing an aerodynamic barrier and controlling the working states of perforated aeration heads with different heights in a gas injection well through an electromagnetic valve, so that the gas injection time, the gas injection depth and the gas injection sequence are effectively controlled; the enhanced medicament injection system is mainly used for injecting an enhanced medicament into an airflow area, increasing the proportion of gas in airflow channels and the number of the channels, and enhancing the blocking effect of the aerodynamic barrier; the intercepting barrier is constructed by utilizing aerodynamic force, so that the problem that intercepting materials are possibly incompatible with pollutants is solved, and meanwhile, the construction process difficulty, time and engineering cost are obviously reduced; the problem of secondary pollution is avoided, disturbance to the stratum structure is small, gas injection is stopped after repairing is completed, an underground water flow field can be rapidly recovered, and recovery of the underground environment is facilitated.
