The invention discloses a novel heat-preservation decoration construction technology for a building outer wall, and belongs to the field of buildings. The novel heat-preservation decoration construction technology comprises the following steps that (1) wall paying-off is conducted; (2) hole rotating is conducted to install a clamping piece; (3) a manufactured decoration plate is hung; (4) the thickness and the flatness of a heat-preservation layer are adjusted, and clamping piece adjusting screws are fastened; (5) rigid polyurethane foaming glue meeting the fireproof design requirement is sprayed; and (6) decoration plate seams are treated through an elastic seam beautifying agent. According to the novel heat-preservation decoration construction technology, the service life of the buildingouter wall is the same as that of a building, heat preservation is more thorough through the rigid polyurethane foaming agent, and the decoration plate is bonded more firmly; and in addition, doubleinsurance of bearing of the clamping piece is achieved, the positive and negative wind pressure resistance of the heat-preservation layer and the decoration plate is extremely high, bonding is firmer,overall workmanship is fine, and weather resistance and stain resistance are good. According to the novel heat-preservation decoration construction technology, the construction speed is high, the labor cost is low, and the service life of the manufactured heat-preservation layer and the manufactured decoration plate is long.
