The invention discloses high-performance crack-resistant impact-resistant modified concrete and a preparation method thereof. Reinforcing fibers are doped into the concrete, and the reinforcing fibersare composed of modified polypropylene crude fibers and modified polyacrylonitrile fibers with different sizes. In the present invention, the modified polyacrylonitrile fibers can improve the stressresistance of the early-stage concrete, prevent generation of early cracks and improve early-stage anti-cracking performance of the concrete; the modified polyacrylonitrile fibers can be used for increasing the absorption of stress energy to the outside so that the impact energy absorption of the whole concrete is improved and the impact resistance of the concrete is improved. The contact area between the modified polypropylene crude fibers and concrete is increased; the rough fiber surface enables the modified concrete to absorb more energy in the later damage process, so that the purpose oftoughening is achieved, and the change of the concrete from brittle failure to toughness failure is realized. The two fibers play different roles in common concrete, and finally, the modified concretewith good crack resistance and impact resistance is obtained.
