Crack-resistant concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses crack-resistant concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete provided by the invention is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: cement, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, water, a water reducing agent, a defoaming agent, fly ash, diatomite, super absorbent resin, carbon fibers, styrene-acrylic emulsion and silica gel. The concrete provided by the invention has relatively high compressive strength and relatively excellent crack resistance. The preparation method of the concrete comprises the following steps: S1, crushing silica gel, mixing the crushed silica gel with diatomite at a high temperature, and performing natural cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixture; S2, stirring and adding the cement, the coarse aggregate, the fine aggregate and the defoaming agent into the mixture obtained in the step S1, and adding the water, the fly ash, the styrene-acrylic emulsion and the water reducing agent to obtain a mixture; and S3, mixing the super absorbent resin and the carbon fibers at a medium temperature, then performing cooling to the room temperature, and adding a cooled material into the mixture obtained in the step S2 to obtain the anti-crack concrete. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple and easy to operate.
