Fracture-resistant and crack-resistant high-performance concrete and preparation method thereof
The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding coarse aggregate, cement and modified fly ash into a stirrer, uniformly stirring, adding water and a water reducing agent, uniformly stirring, then adding fine aggregate, silica fume and mineral powder, uniformly mixing to prepare concrete slurry, finally filling into a mold, vibrating, molding, and carrying out steam curing to obtain the fracture-resistant and crack-resistant high-performance concrete. The fracture-resistant and crack-resistant high-performance concrete is prepared; the modified fly ash, the mineral powder and the silica fume are utilized to densely fill a cementing material system step by step, the mechanical property and durability of the concrete are effectively improved, the modified fly ash can improve the pore structure of the concrete and reduce self-constriction in the hydration process, and the concrete is endowed with excellent fracture resistance and crack resistance.
本发明公开了一种抗折抗裂高性能混凝土及其制备方法,制备方法如下:将粗骨料、水泥、改性粉煤灰加入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,加入水、减水剂,搅拌均匀,再加入细骨料、硅灰、矿粉,混合均匀,制得混凝土浆体,最后装模、振捣、成型、蒸汽养护,制得所述抗折抗裂高性能混凝土;本发明利用改性粉煤灰、矿粉、硅灰对胶凝材料体系进行逐级密实填充,有效提高了混凝土的力学性能和耐久性,改性粉煤灰能够改善混凝土的孔结构,减少水化过程的自收缩,赋予混凝土优异的抗折抗裂性能。
