Refractory coating for surface of silicon carbide product
The invention relates to a refractory coating for the surface of a silicon carbide push plate. The refractory coating can be used for oxidation resistance of silicon carbide and prevention of adhesionof related products. The coating comprises, by weight, 10-30 parts of aluminum oxide micro powder, 50-80 parts of zirconium oxide fine powder and 10-30 parts of tabular corundum particles, and further comprises 30-60 parts of a binding agent, 0.1-0.4 parts of an additive and 0.05-0.2 parts of a thickening leveling agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the components to obtain refractory slurry, uniformly coating a SiC product with the refractory slurry, naturally airing, and carrying out high-temperature treatment to obtain the refractory coating with high bonding strength and stable performance for the surface of a SiC product. Compared with the coating in the prior art, the prepared coating has the characteristics of high bonding strength, high temperature resistance (the highest use temperature can reach 1600 DEG C), favorable thermal shock resistance, long service life and environment friendliness, and is simple to operate.
