The invention provides a sensor embedding device and an embedding method thereof. A guiding protection barrel and a compaction mechanism are included and arranged in a drill pit. The top of the drillpit is provided with a lifting drive mechanism. The lifting drive mechanism comprises a support and first fixed pulleys arranged on the support. One end of a first steel wire rope is connected with the guiding protection barrel, and the other end of the first steel wire rope bypasses the first fixed pulleys. Sensors are arranged in the guiding protection barrel. The compaction mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the guiding protection barrel, a second steel wire rope is arranged on the top of the compaction mechanism, the end portion of the second steel wire rope bypasses second fixed pulleys, and the second fixed pulleys are arranged on the support. Through the device, it is guaranteed that the sensors are located in the same vertical plane, and the sensor embedding soil compactiondegree is improved.
