The invention relates to the technical field of wire embedding construction, in particular to a wire embedding device and a using method thereof. Comprising a slotting chain assembly, a connecting plate, a hydraulic cylinder and a top plate, a supporting plate and a side plate are arranged on the lower surface of the top plate, rotating cylinders are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of one side of the slotting chain assembly, the rotating cylinders at the two ends are rotationally connected to the supporting plate and the side plate correspondingly, and the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the rotating cylinders; the bottom movable end is hinged to the end of the connecting plate. A wire coil support is arranged on the top plate, a cable wire coil is arranged on the wire coil support, a wire embedding assembly is arranged at the rear end of the top plate, a support plate is arranged at the front end of the top plate, and a diesel engine connected with the slotting chain assembly is arranged on the support plate. The overall structure does not need extra manual auxiliary cable laying, grooving and cable burying are conducted synchronously, efficiency can be improved, workers do not need to approach a grooving chain to assist cable laying, and construction safety is improved. The device is mainly applied to grooving and wire embedding devices.
