Underwater concrete anti-dispersing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an underwater concrete anti-dispersing agent and a preparation method thereof. The underwater concrete anti-dispersing agent is prepared by taking an organic monomer and inorganic sol as the raw materials through a chemical synthesis reaction, wherein the organic monomer is selected from one or more of acrylamide, sodium acrylate, N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide, ethyleneimine,acrylic acid and methacrylic acid; the inorganic sol is selected from one or more of oxide colloid of silicon, oxide colloid of aluminum, oxide colloid of iron, hydroxide colloid of aluminum, hydroxide colloid of iron, hydroxide colloid of magnesium and silicate colloid of aluminum. According to the underwater concrete anti-dispersing agent, the 7d amphibious compressive strength ratio is largerthan or equal to 72%, the 28d amphibious compressive strength ratio is larger than or equal to 87%, the suspended matter content is smaller than or equal to 90mg/L, and the product performance is excellent. Meanwhile, the dosage of the anti-dispersing agent is small, good dispersion resistance can be achieved when the dosage is 0.25%, the dosage is far lower than that of existing similar products,and the production cost of underwater concrete can be reduced.
本发明涉及一种水下混凝土抗分散剂及其制备方法,所述水下混凝土抗分散剂以有机单体和无机溶胶为原料经化学合成反应制备而成,所述有机单体选自丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸钠、N‑羟甲基丙烯酰胺、乙烯亚胺、丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸中的一种或多种,所述无机溶胶选自硅的氧化物胶体、铝的氧化物胶体、铁的氧化物胶体、铝的氢氧化物胶体、铁的氢氧化物胶体、镁的氢氧化物胶体和铝的硅酸盐胶体中的一种或多种。本发明水下混凝土抗分散剂的7d水陆抗压强度比≥72%,28d水陆抗压强度比≥87%,悬浊物含量≤90mg/L,产品性能优越。同时,抗分散剂的用量小,掺量为0.25%时能达到很好的抗分散,远低于现有同类产品,可实现降低水下混凝土生产成本。
