The invention discloses a wall module, a wall and a wall construction method, relates to the technical field of buildings, prevents fixing pieces from being exposed on the surface of the wall body, and can improve the building efficiency of the wall body. The wall module comprises a wall module main body and the plurality of fixing pieces. The wall module main body comprises two wall panels whichare oppositely arranged and a profile frame positioned between the wall panels; and the profile frame comprises two oppositely-arranged lap joint profiles and a plurality of connecting profiles used for connecting the two lap joint profiles. Each lap joint profile comprises a bottom plate, a first wing plate and a second wing plate, the first wing plates and the second wing plates are located on the two sides of the bottom plates, and mounting holes are formed in the end parts of the bottom plates. The fixing pieces comprise first connecting plates used for being connected with a building topplate or a building bottom plate and second connecting plates connected with the lap joint profiles; and the first connecting plates are perpendicular to the second connecting plates, clamping platesare arranged on the sides, close to the bottom plate, of the second connecting plates, and the size of the clamping plates in a first direction is equal to the size of the mounting holes in the firstdirection. The wall module, the wall and the wall construction method are used for building the wall.
