According to the technical scheme, the preparation method comprises the following steps:mixing 4-8wt% of high-alumina fine powder, 8-12wt% of silicon carbide fine powder, 10-20wt% of clay, 4-8wt% of sericite, 4-8wt% of kyanite, 4-8wt% of ferrosilicon nitride and 2-6wt% of ball pitch to obtain a premix; mixing and grinding 20-30 wt% of high-alumina particles, 8-12 wt% of silicon carbide particles and 10-20 wt% of coke particles, and obtaining a mixed and ground material; and adding alumina sol accounting for 3-8wt% of the raw materials into the mixed and ground material, mixing and grinding, adding the premix, mixing and grinding, adding alumina sol accounting for 8-12wt% of the raw materials, mixing and grinding, and discharging to obtain the alumina sol combined environment-friendly stemming. The raw materials are the sum of the premix and the mixed grinding material. The preparation method is environmentally friendly and low in cost, and the prepared product does not generate smoke or carcinogenic substances such as benzopyrene in the using process and has good mechanical property, sintering property, volume stability and erosion resistance.
本发明涉及一种铝溶胶结合的环保型炮泥及其制备方法。其技术方案是:将4~8wt%的高铝质细粉、8~12wt%的碳化硅细粉、10~20wt%的粘土、4~8wt%的绢云母、4~8wt%的蓝晶石、4~8wt%的氮化硅铁和2~6wt%的球沥青混合,得预混料。将20~30wt%的高铝质颗粒、8~12wt%的碳化硅颗粒和10~20wt%的焦炭颗粒混碾,得混碾料。向混碾料外加原料3~8wt%的铝溶胶,混碾,加入所述预混料,混碾,再外加原料8~12wt%的铝溶胶,混碾,出料,制得铝溶胶结合的环保型炮泥。所述原料为所述预混料与所述混碾料之和。本发明环境友好、成本低,所制制品在使用过程不仅无烟雾产生和无苯并芘等致癌物质产生,且具有良好的力学性能、烧结性能、体积稳定性和抗侵蚀性。
