The long-life environment-friendly stemming is prepared from the following raw materials: corundum aggregate, corundum fine powder, SiC fine powder, Si powder, silicon-silicon nitride powder, Al2O3 micro powder, silica sand, bauxite and SiO2 micro powder; and adding improved lignin and a wetting agent, and carrying out full-automatic batching, high-temperature stirring, extrusion forming, thermoplastic packaging and warehousing and mud fermentation to obtain the product. The modified lignin is used, the raw material cost is low, the process is simple, tar and asphalt are completely replaced, any harmful volatile matter is not released in the production and use process, the environment is not polluted, and the health of operators is not harmed; and the purposes of cleanness and environmental protection are achieved.
