The invention provides a solidified soil roadbed structure and a design method thereof. When solidified sludge is used as a roadbed filling material, the problem of pavement cracks caused by the air shrinkage of the cured sludge is incurred. According to the solidified soil roadbed structure and the design method thereof, weak surfaces are arranged on each layer of a roadbed soil filling layer; the weak surfaces of the adjacent layers are distributed in a staggered mode; structural resistance areas are arranged on each layer of soil filling layers above and below the weak surfaces, so that thesituation that the overall strength is affected due to the fact that the distance between the weak surfaces on one side is too large due to unbalanced shrinkage is avoided. The invention further provides a design method suitable for the roadbed structure based on a theoretical analysis method. The distance between the weak surfaces and the size of the structural resistance areas are designed, itis ensured that the strength of solidified soil can meet design requirements, and the overall strength of the roadbed structure is guaranteed.
本发明提供了一种固化土路基结构及其设计方法。针对采用固化泥渣作为路基填筑材料时,由于固化泥渣的干缩性导致路面裂缝的问题,本发明在路基填土层的每一层上设置薄弱面,相邻层的薄弱面交错分布,进一步地,还在薄弱面上下方的填土层每一层上设置构造阻力区域,避免由于收缩不平衡造成单侧薄弱面间距过大,从而影响整体强度。本发明还基于理论分析法提出一种适用于上述路基结构的设计方法,对薄弱面之间的距离以及构造阻力区域的尺寸进行了设计,确保固化土强度能够满足设计要求,保障路基结构整体强度。
