The structure comprises a sling steel wire rope, a first conical casting block, a second conical casting block, a first sling steel wire rope connecting block, a second sling steel wire rope connecting block, a first sling anchor head and a second sling anchor head, wherein the first conical casting block and the second conical casting block are symmetrically arranged on the sling steel wire rope; the first sling steel wire rope connecting block and the second sling steel wire rope connecting block are arranged at two ends of the sling steel wire rope; and the first sling anchor head and the second sling anchor head are connected with the first sling steel wire rope connecting block and the second sling steel wire rope connecting block respectively.
