The vertical splicing seam comprises prefabricated concrete external wall panel bodies which are longitudinally spliced, wherein a drainage channel is formed in the splicing position of the prefabricated concrete external wall panel bodies, andthe drainage channel communicates with the prefabricated concrete external wall panel bodies; a building sealant layer, a back lining layer, a water stop strip, a foaming blocking layer and a fireproof layer are sequentially arranged from outside to inside; a water source seeping and leaking into a room is blocked and drained at the drainage channel through the drainage channel according to the principle of mainly dredging and taking blocking as an auxiliary; the water stop strip expands when meeting water, and the water seepage channel is comprehensively cut off at the outdoor side as much as possible; and rapid water flow introduction can be effectively inhibited at a rainstorm moment.
