The invention discloses a deviation rectifying method for a CRTS III type plate ballastless track structure. The deviation rectifying method comprises the steps that a transverse deviation rectifyingamount of a track structure is determined; a steel rail is pushed aside, and a track plate and a self-compacting concrete layer adhering to the lower portion of the track plate are jacked up and movedaway; a limiting groove formed in a base is trimmed according to the transverse deviation rectifying amount; isolation layers are arranged on the surface of the base and the trimmed limiting groove;and the track plate and the self-compacting concrete layer are moved back, the steel rail is recovered, fasteners are finely adjusted, open joint grouting is conducted, and a line is opened. The deviation rectifying interface is arranged between the self-compacting concrete layer and the base, the limiting groove is trimmed according to the designed deviation rectifying amount, the self-compactingconcrete layer is not damaged, and repouring is avoided; the newly arranged isolation layers effectively recover the original track structure without influencing the remaintainability of the ballastless track; meanwhile, the distance of a deviation rectifying section is not limited, a single track plate can be independently constructed, the influence of deviation rectifying operation on the trackelevation is small, the construction efficiency is high, and the method is suitable for skylight construction.
本发明公开了一种CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道结构的纠偏方法,确定轨道结构的横向纠偏量;拨开钢轨,顶升并移开轨道板及粘附于轨道板下方的自密实混凝土层;根据横向纠偏量,修整底座上的限位凹槽;在底座表面及修整后的限位凹槽上设置隔离层;移回轨道板和自密实混凝土层,恢复钢轨并精调扣件,离缝注浆,开通线路。本发明将纠偏界面设置在自密实混凝土层与底座之间,根据设计纠偏量修整限位凹槽,不破坏自密实混凝土层,避免重新灌注;新设置的隔离层有效恢复了原轨道结构而不影响无砟轨道的再维修性;同时,对纠偏区段距离没有限制,单块轨道板可独立施工,且纠偏作业对轨道高程影响较小,施工效率高,适合天窗施工。
