The invention relates to the technical field of track deviation rectification, in particular to a deviation rectification method for a CRTS III type slab ballastless track structure, which comprises the following steps of: determining the horizontal transverse deviation rectification quantity and the horizontal vertical deviation rectification quantity of the track structure; the steel rail is pushed aside, and the track plate and the self-compacting concrete layer adhering to the lower portion of the track plate are jacked and moved away; three-dimensional size parameters of the self-compacting concrete layer limiting block and the limiting groove in the base are obtained; trimming a self-compacting concrete layer limiting block and/or a limiting groove in the base according to the horizontal transverse deviation correction amount, the horizontal vertical deviation correction amount and the three-dimensional size parameters of the self-compacting concrete layer limiting block and the limiting groove in the base; isolating layers are arranged on the surface of the base and the limiting groove; and the track plate and the self-compacting concrete layer are moved back, the steel rails are recovered, fasteners are finely adjusted, open joint grouting is conducted, and a line is opened. According to the method, the distance of the deviation rectifying section is not limited, the single track plate can be independently constructed, the construction efficiency is high, and the structural performance of the track is not affected.
