Novel magnetic catching ship algae-laden water extracting device
The invention discloses a novel magnetic catching ship algae-laden water extracting device based on a blue-green algae magnetic catching ship. An algae collecting platform is fixedly connected with the front end of the blue-green algae magnetic catching ship and takes an opening accommodating cavity structure; a through hole is formed in the bottom of the cavity of the algae collecting platform and serves as a blue-green algae inlet; an algae taking pump is arranged below the algae collecting platform; the algae inlet of the algae taking pump communicates with the blue-green algae inlet of thealgae collecting platform; and the conveying opening of the algae taking pump communicates with a flocculation channel flow of the blue-green algae magnetic catching ship. The novel magnetic catchingship algae-laden water extracting device breaks through a traditional plug flow type algae-laden water extracting method, is better suitable for the water areas of different environments to efficiently extract algae-laden water to increase the blue-green algae throughput and is simple in technological progress and convenient to operate; and compared with the traditional plug flow type algae-ladenwater extracting method, the equipment investment is increased, and on the condition of realizing the same blue-green algae throughput, the novel magnetic catching ship algae-laden water extracting device has the characteristics of being low in treatment cost, high in algae-laden water conveying capacity and high in efficiency.
本发明公开了一种新型磁捕船藻水提取装置,基于蓝藻磁捕船,所述蓝藻磁捕船的前端固定连接集藻平台,所述集藻平台为敞口容纳腔体结构,所述集藻平台的腔体底部设置通孔用于蓝藻入口;所述集藻平台的下方设置取藻泵,取藻泵的进藻口与集藻平台的蓝藻入口连通;所述取藻泵的输送口通过输送管道与蓝藻磁捕船的絮凝槽道连通。本发明突破了传统推流式的藻水提取方法,能较好适用不同环境下的水域进行高效提取藻水,提高蓝藻处理量,同时本发明的工艺过程简单、便于操作,与传统的推流式的藻水提取方法相比,在设备投资上略有增加,但在实现相同蓝藻处理量的条件下,本发明具有处理成本低、输送藻水能力大,效率高的特点。
